Yoga is an ancient mind and body practice from Indian philosophy that combines physical postures, breathing techniques and meditation or relaxation.
This practice can promote strength, flexibility, balance, and more controlled breathing as well as boost physical and mental well-being.

I offer classes for all levels and abilities, but I particularly interested in delivering classes for beginners, working at a slow pace understanding the postures, improving mobility and allowing participants to develop self-awareness through movement. I currently instruct weekly sessions at Firefit hub in L8.
