‘I remember the first day when I came in just to see the Zumba class and I told myself that look difficult for me and I don’t think this is for me. But after a lot of encouragement from my family and friend, I decided to join the Zumba class. At the beginning it was hard but in a couple of months I started to be able to jump, able to squat and becoming more active.
