Dalcroze Eurhythmics is an approach that uses movement, rhythm, and the body to explore and understand music on a deeper, more embodied level. It brings music to life through motion—helping people of all ages and abilities feel, experience, and connect to sound in a completely unique way.
I’m proud to be the first certified Dalcroze Eurhythmics practitioner in Liverpool, and I’ve delivered workshops across the city, including at the Suzuki Workshop Day and other community and educational events.
My workshops are creative, playful, and grounded in musicality—open to musicians, dancers, educators, or anyone curious about experiencing music through movement. Whether you’re new to Dalcroze or returning to it, these sessions offer space for connection, expression, and joy.
♫ Upcoming events & workshops will be announced here.
