Over the years, my movement practice has grown from structured forms like Hatha yoga into something softer, slower, and more intuitive.
I now teach slow-flow yoga and flow-based mobility—two practices that invite you to move with awareness, reconnect with your body, and find calm through motion.
My yoga classes are not about perfect poses or high intensity. Instead, they’re rooted in gentle, breath-led sequences, with space to pause, feel, and release.
My mobility classes are a complement to this—focusing on fluid, functional movement to support joint health, range of motion, and physical freedom. We explore strength through softness, intuitive transitions, and playful movement patterns that keep the body curious and supported.
Whether you’re joining for yoga or mobility, my goal is to create a space where you can slow down, listen in, and move in a way that feels nourishing—not performative.
